Bernard J. Mockler

Bernard J Mockler was born on November 7, 1926, in Mount Vernon, N.Y., his father, Bernard, was 24 and his mother, Sarah, was 23. In Rye his family lived on Forrest Avenue and were members of the Church of the Resurrection. Bernard was a Rye High School Graduate, Class of 1944. He left high school his senior year and enlisted in the U.S. Navy and during World War II.




Bernard had eight children with Jean M. Mockler. They were Robbinsville, NJ area resident for over 30 years. Bernard was a graduate of Iona College and was a systems anayst for IBM. He was a member of Hightstown Elks, Peddie Golf Club and Princeton Indoor Tennis Association.

Bernard died on September 16, 1997, in Trenton, New Jersey, at the age of 70.
